    Test & hand over

Project records and communication

We agree what information and updates you need for the work, from the first quotation through to handover.

Scope and quotations

Drawings, specifications and quotations help define the work. We agree the scope, price, access and timescales before work starts.

Progress and next steps

Updates explain progress, the next stage and any information or decisions needed from you. Relevant supplier information supports the agreed work.

Changes and approvals

Changes to the scope, cost or timing are discussed and agreed. Dated records of decisions and approvals help everyone refer back to what was agreed.

Handover and maintenance

You receive the relevant certificates, test records and agreed drawings or product information for the work we carry out. Ongoing maintenance and follow-up support are included where agreed.

Experience & qualifications

Will has 15 years’ experience in commercial electrical work. His personal qualifications cover electrical installation, inspection and testing, and fire alarm systems, alongside training in site supervision and access equipment.

Qualification details are available on request.

The standards relevant to each system are explained on the individual service pages.
