Installations & upgrades
We install and upgrade distribution boards, circuits and socket-outlets for offices and refurbishments, with suitable protection, labelling, testing and certification.
Installations & upgrades
New circuits, distribution equipment, socket-outlets, surge protection, earthing and bonding for commercial premises and refurbishments. Distribution board upgrades include consumer units. We agree the scope first, test the finished work and certify it.
Fault finding & repairs
We find the fault, explain what caused it and agree the repair before carrying it out. It helps to send the symptoms, the circuits affected and any previous reports.
EV Charger Installation
Commercial and residential EV charger installations, including supply assessments, installation, testing and certification, with Distribution Network Operator (DNO) applications and notifications handled where required.
Planned electrical maintenance
A maintenance programme for the electrical systems on your premises. After the survey we settle access, working hours and who is responsible for what. One annual agreement can cover monthly, six-monthly and yearly tasks.
Inspection & test schedules
EICRs when they fall due, emergency-lighting tests, portable equipment testing and fire alarm servicing, each scheduled to suit the system and its risk. The plan separates the routine checks you carry out from the visits we make.

Fault finding and remedial work after an inspection or a reported problem. We confirm the scope, parts, access and timing before starting.
Records & agreed support
Inspection and test records, reports and certificates, and how ongoing support is arranged. The plan states the service levels and any exclusions.
Electrical condition reports
EICRs record the condition of fixed wiring, with the inspection scope, limitations, observations and classification codes. We explain required repairs, further investigation and recommended improvements.
Remedial work
Putting right the defects found during inspection and testing, once the work is agreed, then retesting and certifying it.
Portable appliance testing
Visual inspection and appropriate testing of portable and movable electrical equipment (PAT), with identification and an item-by-item results record. Intervals depend on the equipment, use and environment.
Fire alarm systems
Fire alarm surveys, installation, commissioning and certification in accordance with the relevant part of BS 5839, to the specified system category and agreed life-safety or property-protection requirements.
Emergency lighting
Emergency-lighting surveys, installation, testing and remedial works in accordance with BS 5266, with the relevant certification and test records.
Smoke, heat & CO alarms
Installation, replacement, testing and fault finding for smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. We agree the alarm types, positions and interconnection to suit the property, its existing wiring and the requirements that apply.
Lighting installations
New lighting for workplaces, commercial premises and external areas, chosen and positioned for the activity, layout and required visibility.
LED upgrades
Assessing existing fittings and wiring, then agreeing suitable LED replacements and controls for the space.
Switching & controls
Switches, sensors and lighting controls suited to operating hours and use. Emergency lighting has a separate scope under Fire & safety.
Site & condition surveys
We record the existing electrical services in the areas agreed, their visible condition and anything that needs further investigation. How deep the survey goes, and its limits, are settled before we start.
Photographs & technical reports
A report with photographs, findings and recommendations, to support decisions about the premises.
Priorities & budget planning
Remedial work and improvements put in order of priority, with a scope you can budget against.
Project preparation
Drawings, quantities, tender information and coordination for the project, where these are part of the scope.
CCTV & intruder alarms
Installation, upgrades, fault finding and maintenance for CCTV and intruder alarms. Coverage, recording or alarm operation, privacy considerations and any insurer requirements are agreed before work starts.
Access control & door entry
Readers, keypads, intercoms, electric locking, exit controls and power supplies. We agree which entrances and users the system covers and how it operates, and hand over the information needed to run it.
Gate automation & controls
Electrical and control work for automated gates, including controls, safety devices, access integration, repairs and servicing. Site assessment establishes gate-structure, machinery-safety and specialist testing requirements before the scope is agreed.
